About APH

AIDS Project Hartford is a private, non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of life of all people in Connecticut who are impacted by HIV/AIDS. The agency was founded by a committed group of volunteers in 1985 as a grassroots response to the growing AIDS crisis. During the past two decades, we have evolved from an organization fighting to help people face an imminent death into one focused on helping people live a longer life with hope and dignity. We employ a multi-cultural staff and offer all services in Spanish and English.
