Connections Wellness Center

 

Connections is an HIV drop-in center located in Hartford.  The center has become a safe, supportive gathering place for individuals living with HIV.  An array of services is offered at Connections including medical case management, support groups, meals, substance abuse counseling, mental health counseling, acupuncture (for relapse prevention), research studies and periodic outings and social activities

Tuesday

  • 8:30 - 12:00 Individual Substance Abuse Counseling
  • 10:00 - 11:00 Women's Group
  • 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
  • 1:15 - 2:15 Writers' Group

Wednesday

  • 8:30 - 10:00 Continental Breakfast
  • 8:30 - 10:00 Individual Substance Abuse Counseling
  • 9:30 - 11:30 Individual Mental Health Counseling
  • 9:30 - 12:00 Acupuncture Therapy for Relapse Prevention
  • 10:30 - 11:30 Exploring Change Group
  • 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch

Thursday

  • 8:30 - 10:00 Continental Breakfast
  • 10:00 - 11:00 Men's Support Group
  • 12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
  • 1:15 - 2:15 Exercise Class

*Case Management Monday - Thursday from 8am - 4pm
